Rachel Schultz

Rachel graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2010 with a degree in Management and Environmental Engineering. She commissioned as an officer in the US Army and went on to serve all over the world for 5.5 years as a Medical Service Corps Officer.

In 2015 Rachel left the Army to focus on service in ministry and to start a family with her husband, Zach. For 2 years, Rachel served as the girl’s Volleyball Director under the umbrella of Reality Sports, a youth sports ministry. After moving back home to Texas in 2019, Rachel was looking for a new ministry opportunity to disciple young women.

Rachel stumbled across the DOLLS booth at the 2019 Stand to Reason reTHINK Apologetics Conference in Dallas. Not knowing exactly what DOLLS was, but observing the hot pink and concluding it was a ministry for young women, Rachel sought information to see if her then 1 year old daughter, Heidi, would be a good fit. Obviously she is a little young, but that was the start of a wonderful partnership!

After one year on the HQ team and following the birth of her second child, Joseph, Rachel now serves as the newest member of the Board of Directors.

Rachel attends Watermark Community Church in Plano.
