In order to hold leadership in our ministry, the students are required to attend an annual training retreat each summer where they are equipped for their work in ministry. They sit through hours of teaching on biblical hermeneutics, theological triage, and cultural hot topics, and training on how to write devotionals, how to care for the souls of others, and how to steward the responsibilities of ministry.

5 Main Conference is a mandatory training retreat that each of the girls who will be stepping up into a DOLLS leadership position on their campuses MUST attend! If an elected officer becomes unable to attend the conference, her position will be compromised. DOLLS Headquarters feels very strongly about the purposes of this conference and will not negotiate on this matter.

But don’t be confused…this event is going to amazing! You will be so thankful you went. We promise! There will be team building games, incredible speakers, invigorating discussions, new friendships made, campfires, dancing, singing, eating, and much, much more!

During the conference, our officers will be trained in how to effectively lead their chapters.
They will receive teachings on the following topics:

Fulfilling an Officer Position
Walking with Biblical Integrity
Church History, Fundamentals of Faith
Leading an Inter-denominational Club
