Heather Garen, serves the DOLLS organization on the Board of Directors as the ministry’s Treasurer. Heather spent 12 years of her life in vocational church ministry for a church in Allen, TX, but now brings her extensive knowledge and experience to DOLLS. She and her supportive husband, Derek, are active member’s of Providence Church in Frisco, TX
